Aspen Public Radio is seeking an experienced Operations/Program Manager (OPM). The OPM oversees the day-to-day operations of Aspen Public Radio. The OPM serves as production director for the station, producing or overseeing production of all underwriting spots as needed, station promos, fillers and some news and volunteer programming. The OPM is responsible for overseeing technical operations of all live broadcasts from outside the station including broadcasts from the Aspen Institute, Aspen Music Festival and School, live APR Town Hall meetings, etc. The OPM maintains accurate schedules, records, discrepancy reports, and follow-through communications, and ensures that all on-air broadcast programming complies with FCC rules and regulations. The OPM may serve as an on-air host.
Located in Colorado's beautiful Roaring Fork Valley, Aspen Public Radio is a growing regional presence in western Colorado.

Five-years relevant experience in public radio or commercial broadcasting preferred.
Experience with on air automation software such as ENCO Systems and Allegiance is a plus.
