Angus & Julia Stone are an award-winning folk indie pop duo from Australia. They’re bringing their North American tour to the Belly Up this weekend.
‘Snow’ is the sibling duo’s fourth album together. It came out in September and it’s seeped in electro-pop reverb.
Julia Stone sings and plays guitar alongside her brother Angus Stone. He said recording ‘Snow’ at his farm in Australia was like being at their childhood home.
“Most of our records have been made in a similar way, just being out in nature ... we had the piano we grew up with and all the instruments that we love,” Angus Stone said.
