Eagle County Commissioners presented with in-depth housing report

The analysis includes an overview of the current housing market, and is meant to give commissioners a better sense for what kind of housing people want and how much they’re willing to pay for it.

Eagle County residents and employers were surveyed for the study, the likes of which haven’t been done since 2007.

The study does not include the Roaring Fork Valley side of the county; the county government instead contributed $15,000 to the Roaring Fork Valley’s own housing-needs assessment, which is planned for late spring.
