The Glenwood Vaudeville Revue hosts its holiday show this weekend, and among all of the things going on this weekend, one of the hottest tickets in town is its holiday show.
John Goss is the owner and artistic director of the revue, and founded the group in 2009. He says the shows are a collection of everything, a sort of callback to what Vaudeville was - a variety show.
“It's Saturday night live, meets Carol Burnett, meets old lassen, meets 100-year-old material. Anything that I find entertaining or can write.”
The holiday show features acts about holiday scenes and even consumerism. Shows on Christmas Eve were sold out, and shows during the weekend are sold out as well. The Holiday show runs until January 3rd.
