The Roaring Fork is on Colorado’s list of impaired rivers. City of Aspen officials are working on a plan to improve the health of the Roaring Fork River.

Over the last decade, the city has spent millions of dollars to reduce pollution in stormwater runoff, but some officials say that program doesn’t have the funding it needs. Elizabeth Stewart-Severy has been following the issue and spoke with producer Christin Kay.
