On Tuesday, Basalt Town Council approved the Stott's Mill development, which has been more than a decade in the making.
It will sit on around 18 acres across the Rio Grande Trail from Basalt High School. Producer Christin Kay sat down with reporter WyattOrme to learn more about the approval.
