Theatre Aspen announced its 2016 season yesterday. Three shows will be coming to The Hurst Theatre this summer. “Buyer and Cellar” by Jonathan Tolins. “Buyer and Cellar” opens on July 7, and runs through august.
Last month the company announced they’d be performing “Mamma Mia!” Theatre Aspen is one of only a few groups in the country to be performing the show. “Mamma Mia!” opens on June 24
The final opening of the season is the musical “Dear Edwina.” Theatre Aspen Executive Director Paige Price will sit in the director’s chair. That show opens on July 15 and will be presented on weekend mornings.
