Aspen Public Radio is seeking a development associate and an arts and culture reporter to join our team.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Aspen Public Radio seeks an experienced, motivated, Development Associate. The successful candidate will help APR meet its projected fund raising goals through assisting the Executive Director in development activities, grant writing, developing relationships with donors, and coordinating with board members. The Development Associate reports to and works closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategy. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with a donor database, is organized, professional, and outgoing. Aspen Public Radio is a growing public radio station that serves the Aspen area and the surrounding Roaring Fork Valley and a portion of the I-70 corridor.

ARTS & CULTURE REPORTER

Aspen Public Radio is looking for a versatile and dynamic reporter to cover arts and culture in the Roaring Fork Valley. This will consist of spot news, enterprise stories, producing and hosting a weekly 30-minute news magazine, and other general assignment stories as assigned by the news director. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in radio journalism and preferably some knowledge of arts. Aspen Public Radio is a growing public radio station that serves the Aspen area and the surrounding Roaring Fork Valley and a portion of the I-70 corridor west of Glenwood Springs.
